Ingredients

2 cups shredded red cabbage
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 red bell peppers, diced
1 cup sliced sugar snap peas
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 red jalapeno pepper, finely minced
5 radishes, diced
5 strawberries, diced
1 tablespoon crushed ramen noodles
1 tablespoon slivered almonds

Directions

Combine the red cabbage, red onions, red peppers, sugar snap peas, green onions, jalapeno peppers, and radishes in a large bowl. Toss well. Sprinkle the strawberries, ramen noodles, and almonds on top of the salad.
