This is a delicious no-bake pie that is stirred up in one bowl. Crushed pineapple, lemon juice, whipped topping, cherries, condensed milk and walnuts are combined, poured into a pre-baked pie shell, and chilled before serving.

This whole banana pie is a hit in Brazil, mainly in the city of Rio de Janeiro. Almost all the ingredients are natural, except for the margarine. It is also made with whole grains. It supplies a lot of energy and the bananas give an extra dose of potassium. That is why this pie is consumed by athletes and people who practice sports in general. Besides, it is simply delicious!

Fresh or canned, pineapple pieces are splashed with lemon juice, and blended with beaten eggs. This chunky and delicious filling is piled into a pastry crust, topped with a second crust, and baked in the oven until golden brown. Serve warm with French vanilla ice cream.

This is a make-ahead, multi-layered pie that is better on the second day than the first. The first layer is a sweet, cooked pineapple filling that is spread onto a prepared pie shell. The second is a whipped, cream cheese filling. Alternate the layers and the pie is ready to pop into the oven to bake. Chill and serve with whipped cream.

The lovely combination of tart cherries and sweet strawberries make this pie fantastic. The fruits are combined, folded into a sweet, thick tapioca syrup, and piled into a pie shell. Then the top crust goes on and the pie is baked for 30 minutes.
