This is delicious! I added minced garlic to the recipe. It was a HUGE hit with the hubby and he asked me to make it again. Make sure you hold onto the extra pasta water. I tossed it out after I put in the 1 1/4 cup thinking it would be enough but it evaporated by the time we sat down for dinner. I served it with chunks of sour dough bread to sop up the sauce but there wasn't enough sauce to sop!
