This was absolutely faaaantastic! I did make quite a few changes though to kind of combine two recipes I saw on Allrecipes. I only used two of each pepper because red peppers are expensive. I would guess I only used about 2 tbsp of oil and probably less than two cups of cheese. I left out the olives and spread down some premade pesto as the "sauce" for the tart before putting on the peppers. So delicious!!! Next time I'd probably use premade pizza crust or pie crust to cut down on the time it takes to make it.
