Yes, I'm afraid the ratings are suffering due to the temp and time listed in the instructions (and there has been plenty of time for it to have been corrected). Anyway, I follow Chef John's full-proof method: Take a whole head of garlic (no need to chop the top off just yet, though I do peel back some of the extra "paper" on the outside of the head), place on a piece of foil, drizzle about a tablespoon of olive oil over head of garlic, wrap up in foil and bake at 350 for about an hour. Remove from oven, slice off near the top of the head and squeeze out deliciously softened, roasted garlic. Yum!! And perfect every time!
