for those who like savory vs sweet, just pour a bottle of beer over top of your scored whole ham - two if you feel it necessary. I usually use one for a half and two for a whole. Then roast slow, 275, for 4 or so hours. We like fresh kolbassi vs smoked, and I put a pound or two of that around the ham for the last 2 hours.
