I have seen others rave about this recipe for years, and I've never tried it. Blame it on being stuck in my ways, hooked on my old chicken recipe. Well, when my sons saw the old bird sitting in the fridge, they groaned, "Not chicken again!" So I decided I better change things up a bit. I tweaked the cooking method slightly, but I prepared the chicken with all the spices exactly as called for. Instead of roasting this in my oven, I placed it on a beer can filled with 6 oz of chicken broth and some spices and I roasted it on 50% power for 4 hours in my NuWave infrared oven. THIS WAS SO GOOD! It did come out just a tad spicy, but it was just the best flavor. Everyone loved it. The next day I boiled what was left of the carcass and made an amazing pot of chicken noodle of soup. I'm so glad I finally tried this one.
