"This dish is great for kids and adults. There's a sweetness to the meat sauce that kids love and then they don't seem to mind that there are veggies in the sauce..."

chopped green bell pepper
1 (14.5 ounce) can
stewed tomatoes, with juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 tablespoons
1 (12 ounce) package
farfalle (bow tie) pasta
crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
Yum! Served this with fusili. It is a fairly meaty sauce, with a good mix of veggies, and the sweetness is just right. Quick too. Two notes: 1) I used a can of diced tomatoes to replace the stewed tomatoes AND the fresh ones 2)I used crushed tomatoes instead of sauce. Those substitutions are almost the same, though.
Very great taste but not enough sauce. I would use more tomato sauce and alittle more meat! overall amazing flavor!!
I used leftover sloppy joe meat that had veggies in it, so I skipped the steps for cooking the ground beef and veggies. I used tomato sauce instead of stewed tomatoes. Turned out pretty good.
