1 1/2 cups
KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
sliced green onions, divided
plum tomato, sliced
cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
Instead of refrigerated pizza dough, I used one of those containers of refrigerated REDUCED FAT crescent roll dough. I made no other changes. I did not eat this myself but my husband and kids did. They thought it was great. The boys asked if I could try this with sausage next time. I think this would make a good southwest pizza, folding in some chopped mild green chilies into the eggs and using leftover taco meat.
Delicious and perfect for a quick and easy breakfast! I modified this a bit to use what I had on hand. Instead of pizza dough I made this into a French bread breakfast. I toasted the bread first, scrambled the eggs then layered the ingredients. It baked up really nice and went great with OJ!
What a great recipe for a quick and easy breakfast. My girlfriend thought I was crazy when I said I was making a Breakfast Pizza, but wound up loving me afterwards. Followed the recipe exactly as written and came out perfect. Will definitely be making this again in the future.
I thought this was good, but my husband said he didn't like it enough to have it again.
We didn't have green onions, so we chopped up a green bell pepper instead, which still tasted great. Since we're vegetarian, we crumbled up three Morningstar Farms fakin bacon strips and used those on top our pizza. I really liked the combination of flavors of the egg, bacon, cheddar, pepper, and tomato. We'd never had egg on pizza before and this was a delicious and painless way to try it. The egg got cooked through yet was fluffy tasting.
Hard to believe, but many kids will be back in school at the end of the month. Get ready.
