Ingredients

  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 cup cubed process cheese (Velveeta)
  • 3/4 cup egg substitute
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, cubed
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 2-1/2 hours or until the cheese is melted.
