1 (10 ounce) package
frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
shredded Cheddar cheese
eggs, lightly beaten
What a simple but yummy recipe! This has so much potential to add to if you wanted. I double the cheese and add a little more ranch. Great as is though!
I thought these were easy to make, but bland. They needed more ranch dressing or seasoning. It would probably be a good side for kids. The texture was good and the muffin size servings were cute. Next time I would definitely add more flavor.
Simple to prepare and delicious!
This was very tasty. My husband and I couldn't stop eating it! He normally isn't a rice fan and I used brown rice to make it healthier, and he loved it. I used a 8" square pan. This one is a keeper!!!
