Remarkable Rib-eyes

Ingredients

  • 4 (6 ounce) rib-eye steaks
  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped

Directions

  1. Place steaks, soy sauce, and garlic in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag, and marinate 1 hour in the refrigerator, or overnight.
  2. Preheat grill for high heat.
  3. Lightly oil grill grate. Discard marinade, and place steaks on the grill. Cook steaks 7 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.
