Very refreshing! To avoid the dressing making it too runny after sitting in the fridge, to start, I only add a third of the dressing made and stir to coat. This way I see what is just the right amount, then add more if needed. Was a bit too vinegary for our taste, so I might add sugar as another reviewer did to counter the sourness.
