READY CRUST® Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 1/4 cups
fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained
1 (8 ounce) package
cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can
sweetened condensed milk
lemon juice from concentrate
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Very tasty, lemon juice gives a pretty powerful zip. You might want to use less if lemon if you would prefer a less tart pie. It does look very pretty when cut.
Great when fresh, but it didn't keep well--the flavor changed and the filling started to separate (yellowish oil seeped out and sogged up the pan & crust). I did use an "extra servings" size pie crust and added an extra layer of berries in the middle to fill out the pie.
