Very yummy! The changes I made-cake flour instead of all-purpose, added less food coloring than directed, and I did add 1 tsp. of distilled white vinegar. For the frosting I added another 1/4 cup of butter making it 1/2 cup, added a small amount of whipped cream and some extra powdered sugar. For the cream cheese, I used an 8 oz. container of whipped cream cheese instead. On top, I garnished with chocolate chips.. Baked the cupcakes in a gas oven for 21 minutes. Might have been slightly better at 20 minutes. Thank you!
