  • 1 red apple - peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 2 cups cold skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions

  1. In a blender, blend the apple, skim milk, and sugar until smooth. Garnish with mint to serve.

Not enough 'depth' to it. As the first reviewer said, it was just milk with apple bits in it....
