Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package firm silken tofu
  • 1 cup fat free soy milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

Directions

  1. In a blender, mix tofu, soy milk, banana, raspberries, and orange juice concentrate. Blend until smooth.
