  2. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve immediately.

i love this smoothie i just read it a day and got the stuff tomake and i did it is wonderful.

This recipe is good and natural, very easy, not too sweet not too sour. You could of course adjust the sweetness to your taste...its very refreshing and good for those with diabetes and high cholesterol. It especially taste very nice when really cold.
