I highly recommend this! If you're not feeling well or fighting a cold, this would especially be a good soup to have. I did use 1/2 packet of the chicken seasoning packet that came with the soup, as well as 1 tsp of no-sodium chicken granules (afraid of the high sodium content with the soy sauce). I didn't have chile oil so subbed with Siracha sauce, and also used powdered ginger, garlic and onion powder, and some chopped canned mushrooms. The longer cooking time gives the noodles a different (better) texture than when normally prepared. I forgot I was having ramen noodles because it tasted like something from a restaurant! Thanks dakota for a great recipe that I'm sure to use again!
