Very light and refreshing salad. Good way to use cucumbers and radishes. Just follow the measurements exactly...the dressing was just enough to coat the vegetables.

The dressing in this recipe had much lemon. It was sour and did not compliment the vegetables, instead it over powered the whole salad.

I like both vegetables, so I thought I would like this salad, but it just did not have much taste. I made it just as described, and was rather disappointed. Sorry.

Very good, great combination of flavours and while not being overly fond of large pieces of radish, the julienned strips are just perfect. Nice change from regular tossed salad :)

We really enjoyed this. I too left the skins on the cukes for color. Since I have both growing in my garden, we will be eating this a lot I think!

I made this basically according to the recipe, just didn't have lemon-pepper on hand, so used only pepper. It was light and refreshing...a good use for the radishes and cucumber I had in the fridge!
