Directions

  1. Adjust oven rack to center position and preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. Whisk peanut sauce and peanut butter in a medium bowl until smooth. Spread sauce over the pizza crust. Spread chicken then the red pepper over pizza; bake until hot and crisp, 12 to 14 minutes. Remove pizza and sprinkle with carrots, green onion and cilantro. Cut into pieces and serve.

I like peanut thai sauce, but it was a an odd flavor on a pizza. This wasn't aweful, but I probably won't make it again.

my husband and i loved this pizza. he turned his nose up at first because he thought there were too many vegetables, but after he tasted it he changed his mind. i ate the leftovers right out of the fridge the next day. great recipe!

My family loves thai food and pizza so this was a hit! A great combination of flavors and very easy. Be sure to use good quality peanut sauce. Next time I will use extra sauce to coat the chicken before putting it on the pizza. I also used more chicken and cilantro than the recipe called for.
