2 (10 ounce) packages
chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
green onions, chopped
eggs, lightly beaten
1 (4 ounce) package
crumbled feta cheese
phyllo dough, thawed

I used all fat free ingredients but spiced it up with lots of garlic. The flavor was good but the filling was very thick. I will make this recipe again but I will use a 9x13 pan to more evenly distribute ingredients.
Pretty good, and very simple. The store didn't have green onions, used small amount of chopped (small) yellow onion. Also, I used puff pastry (is there a difference?) only on the top, not bottom.

Definitely will add more feta, salt and pepper next time! Definitely needs the butter flavored Crisco.
