Good- i used a fajita seasoning packet to marinate the chicken. Totally omitted the browning on the stove and just baked in the oven until cooked an then topped with a 4 mexican cheese blend. Served with rice and salad. Thanks!

I made this tonight for my wife and son... we all LOVED it! It was very quick and easy, just as advertised. My son is a finicky eater and he basically demanded we have this again sometime. Thanks for an incredible meal.

A quick, tasty, low fat, new way to use chicken breasts. You will probably have all the ingredients you need right in you kitchen.

I love this recipe. I will defiantly make it again. The family ate all of it in the first sitting. The only difference is that I probably cooked the chicken to long on the stove but it did not seem to affect the overall taste of the chicken.

I followed the recipe except that I used garlic powder instead of a clove and added refried beans when I baked it. Very simple and yummy.

This chicken dish WOWed my family. I used about twice as much seasoning as the recipe called for but the flavors were amazing, the chicken was juicy and tender and we will definately have this again!
