Delicious. My #1 frosting from now on. It made me from buying frosting to making frosting. LOVE IT!!!

Used this to decorate a birthday cake. Great for piping! Flavor and texture were great. I saved a bit for the white parts of the cake and added vanilla to the colored parts (fyi: vanilla will turn your icing light-brown).

I knew there had to be an alternative to butter cream without the shortening! Doubled the recipe and followed exactly - iced 24 cupcakes. Tastes great.

This is the BEST frosting we've EVER had!! My hubby and kids ask me to bake cakes just so they can eat the frosting! Fantastic!!

THis is the only buttercream recipe that I will use, and have been using it for 5 years now. I do usually have to atleast double the recipe to cover a cake or 24 cupcakes. This buttercream will not fail you.
