Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup canned or cooked pumpkin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir until smooth. Refrigerate until serving.
