I served this at book club and it got rave reviews. It was very easy to make as well. I will make it a gain.
This recipe sounded really good so I gave it a try. I was disappointed with the first taste. The oatmeal/flour crust has a bland taste and dry texture. The pumpkin filling could have been a little sweeter and needed more spices. I don't think that I will make this recipe again.
I loved this as an alternative to traditional pie. I did think it was a bit too sweet, and will cut down the sugar a bit when I make it again. Loved the oats in the crust!
These are amazing. Our family has been using this recipe for years and has become a Thanksgiving tradition.

Thought the concept sounded good. and made them as a Thanksgiving dessert. Most everyone liked them, so I would reccomend this recipe. A cool alternative to the plain old pumpkin pie.
These were good, but not as good as I'd hoped. I baked them in the evening for the following day and refrigerated them over night. Though they had tested "done", they were a bit mushy when I cut them. The flavor was good, but the texture was off just a bit.
