This dessert is wonderful. A lovely sugared prune puree is folded into stiffly beaten egg whites and then baked until the top is brown and yummy. Chill and serve with un-sweetened whipped cream.

Pull out the double boiler, because you'll need it to turn egg yolks, sugar, pumpkin puree, milk and spices into a thick, creamy and delicious filling for this wonderful pie. When all of the ingredients are combined, gelatin and beaten egg whites are stirred and folded in to make the chiffon part. Chill and serve with a dusting of nutmeg.

This is a lovely frozen pie that takes only minutes to prepare. Orange gelatin is dissolved in pineapple juice that 's been heated on the stove and combined with eggs and sugar. After it 's thickened and cooled, whipped evaporated milk is folded in, and this light and citrus filling is then piled into a graham cracker crust and frozen.
