farfalle (bow tie) pasta
fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
red onion, chopped
red or green bell pepper, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package
sliced fresh mushrooms
grape tomatoes, halved
peeled crawfish tails
herbed vinaigrette salad dressing, or to taste
This recipe is very easy to make, and is very tasty and fresh. The key is the vinaigrette that you use, as everything absorbs the flavor. I used less dressing than the recipe calls for as well to avoid overpowering the other flavors.
