Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 4 carrots, scrubbed and trimmed
  • 2 apples, cored
  • 1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 pitted dates, or to taste (optional)
  • 8 cubes ice, or as needed (optional)

Directions

  1. Blend the bananas, carrots, apples, yogurt, orange juice, lemon juice, flax seed, salt, dates, and ice cubes in a blender until smooth.
