Made this up last week and it tasted delicious!! If you add the extra ingredients from www.MomsFreeGroceries.net it will give it ALOT of extra flavor and make it taste better!! Def have to add this to my weekly cook book

I made these exactly as written and they were VERY tasty! Not too salty and with lots of flavor from the ranch salad dressing mix and the jalapenos and green onions! A nice little snack or appetizer!

What a great idea! I made these for a tailgate and the crowd gobbled them up. I used red potatoes and grated monterey jack and dusted with a little cayenne and cumin. So great and will make them again!

My only complaint is how absolutely difficult it is to cut the potato in such thin slices! It was tasty though!

I used regular potatoes and fiesta ranch mix. I wish it was crispier... next time. But it was delicious!

I made these for a get together and everyone really enjoyed them. I didn't have Monterey Jack cheese so I used a combination of Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese. I also didn't have green onions but they were still delicious without them. I didn't top them with sour cream but had it on the table along with ranch dressing so people could use either one they wanted. The kids enjoyed them dipped in ranch and the adults enjoyed them with the sour cream. Very good recipe, thanks for sharing Tony!

Not the best thing ever, but they were okay. I put salt on them instead of ranch. Maybe that is where I went wrong.

When I make them for children I skip the peppers altogether. They are time consuming, and yet easy to put together, so if you have children who like to help it's a great way to spend time together in the kitchen. They look good and taste good, even without the peppers (try adding taco seasoning if you want child friendly zing).

Always a hit at parties!!! I chop the jalepeno in a food processor and only put on half of them, as it really makes it hot and spicy

These were good but I would try to make them a little more crispy next time
