Potato Chip Cookies I

Ingredients

  • 1 pound butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
  2. Cream together the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix in the flour and potato chips and stir well.
  4. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
