Original Recipe Yield 1 - 1 1/2 pound loaf
 

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/4 cup dry milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to bread machine in order suggested by the manufacturer. Add enough water to make a firm dough; use less if leftover potatoes are used.
  2. Bake at regular bread cycle.
