I only followed this recipe for cooking the pork chops since I didn't have most of the ingredients for the sauce.... They were awesome. And in place of the sauce, I served with IKEA's lingonberry jam. Loved by all who ate it! Thanks for teaching me how to cook a pork chop. :)

Didn't have any raspberry jam, so used mango chutney the first time... was great! Going to make it again tonight, again with the chutney, but will chop the chunks of chutney up a bit.

We did not care for this- however, I can see how others might. I think the recipe is good, but the flavors were not right for us. The sauce had too much vinegar taste for my two younger children. We may have liked it more with less vinegar.

The sauce is wonderful. The first time I tried this was at a friends place, but she did this exact recipe with chicken breast. Both taste wonderful.

My family loved it. I doubled the sauce as suggested. I served with squash which tasted great drizzled with the raspberry sauce.

Made as stated but doubled the sauce. Pork chops had great flavor, but were a little chewy (I think because they were fried). Sauce was nice, the teens even liked it. I'll most likely make again. Thank you.

This is a great recipe. I made a few changes to accommodate my limited pantry selection. I used red wine vinegar instead of white, substituted boysenberry jam and used fresh minced sage. Delicious!

Whole family loved, even my picky daughter who doesn't like pork. I would increase the sauce. I didn't have white wine vinegar so I used balsamic vinegar.
