Ingredients

  • 3 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2/3 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and return to pan. Add the butter, green onions, poppy seeds, garlic salt and pepper; stir until butter is melted. Stir in sour cream; serve immediately.
