Ingredients

  • 12 small red new potatoes
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 2 pounds kielbasa, diced

Directions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, combine potatoes, onion, celery, carrots and sausage. Cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
