  1. Evenly spread 3 tablespoons of marinara on each wrap.
  2. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella evenly over marinara sauce on each wrap.
  3. Layer 1/4 cup (approximately 18 slices) of sliced pepperoni over the shredded cheese on each wrap.
  4. Fold each wrap in half forming a half moon.
  5. Heat a 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with non-stick spray.
  6. Place two pizzadillas in the skillet, at a time, and cook for 3 minutes on each side until crisp and golden brown. Remove and reserve hot. Repeat for the other two pizzadillas.
  7. Cut each pizzzadilla into quarters and serve one full sliced portion to each person.

After seeing a photo of these today, I decided to make them for an after school snack for the kids. I didn't have marinara sauce so I made one with a BBQ sauce (recipe from this site) and another one with sun dried tomato pesto! I also used regular flour tortillas. The kids ate them all!

This was just okay. I didn't have tomato basil wraps, just regular tortilla wraps, but I don't know... they were just too plain for my liking. I'd have to add a lot more to it, like spices and maybe a second type of cheese. For picky eaters, I suppose this would be a nice treat for them. I probably won't make this one again, but thank you anyway.

My almost-three-year-old-very-picky-eater loves quesadillas so of course I had to give this a try, it has more than cheese and carbs! She's sitting at the table eating it up so that alone makes this a 5 star recipe (I enjoyed this too!). I only had flour wraps and used leftover pizza sauce.

These are a HUGE hit with my kids and my husband. You can also enhance these by adding sauteed (before adding them to the tortillas) peppers, onions, mushrooms, precooked sausage or bacon, several types of cheeses, and even use a pesto dipping sauce, nacho cheese dipping, or your traditional tomato.

These were great and fun and easy for the week night dinner. We had to use plain flour tortilla's because my grocery didn't have the other wraps. This is going in our rotation because of the ease of the recipe and because it is so dang cheap to make!!

These were very good. A nice variation to quesadillas. I was able to make them ahead, wrap in foil and take to the my son's baseball game for dinner. That's a huge plus in my book! I subbed turkey pepperoni to lower the fat and it was still good and probably less greasy.

This was a fun and inexpensive lunch that my kids could make with me today (as well as satisfy their want for take out pizza that we just can't afford right now). I used whole wheat tortillas, homemade marinara and turkey pepperoni. The kids thought this was great.

We tried this and really liked it. I couldn't find the tomato basil tortillas so I used mission zesty garlic and it turned out really good!
