This is fine, but pizza eggs is best with, yes, left over pizza cut into bite size pieces. You put the pizza cheese down on the pan until it starts to warm up and smells awesome (the grease will keep it from sticking), flip the pizza and toast the bottom crust. That all takes about 2-3 minutes. Scramble some eggs in a cup with water or milk, your preference. Obviously add a pinch of salt and pepper to your taste. Pour on the pan and scramble per usual. Viola easier and better pizza eggs with bread built in, everyone likes toast with their eggs. This is based on 1 large slice of pizza or 2 small and 3 large eggs.
