Picnic Potato Chip Chicken Recipe Reviews - Allrecipes.com (Pg. 1)

I thought this would be a quick tasty picnic dish. Wrong, wrong, it is greasy and salty. The coating did not brown as I thought it would. I won't be taking it to my picnic.

Really good and the garlic taste came through nicely. Not the healthiest dish but the chips gave it a nice crunch. I used a combination of boneless skinless chicken thighs and drumsticks with the skin on and the thighs got gobbled up first. A good way of getting the kids to eat their chicken.

This was really good! I used olive oil instead of butter and baked the chicken for 70 minutes (the pieces I had were really big.) Yum!!
