Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups graham wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 (250 g) packages Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (19 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake 10 min.
  3. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake 40 to 45 min. or until centre is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting into pieces. Serve topped with pie filling.

  • New York Lemon Cheesecake: Omit cherry pie filling. Prepare cheesecake as directed, adding 1-1/2 tsp. lemon zest and 2 Tbsp. lemon juice to batter before pouring over crust.
  • Special Extra: Omit cherry pie filling. Prepare and refrigerate cheesecake as directed. Top with 2 cups mixed berries. Melt 2 Tbsp. strawberry jelly; brush over fruit.
