Sorry. It must be a matter of individual taste. I made this and couldn't eat it. For those who want to try this let me suggest to you, taste a teaspoon of the water in the Pepperoncini jar, if you like it you'll love the beef.

Have made this as stated and went over well. I have also added garlic and onions just becausie I could and added a bottle of dark beer. As others have stated makes a great base for french onion soup.

sooooo good. I just added some chopped onion and tomato for the last 20 minutes. Served it on a ciabatta roll with a pepper relish.

This is the easiest, most delicious beef ever!!! The recipe was so easy and I love to serve it with onions and green peppers on a roll. YUM!!!

This meat is so awesome and easy! We use it for making tacos and when I have guests over and they find out the meat is just a roast, garlic, and pepperoncini, they are shocked!
