Very good! I didn't have red onion so I used white instead and it was good.

This was good! Next time I would omit the rosemary completely...I used only 1 tsp. and that was still too much, IMO. I used minced garlic and passed parmesan at the table. I think this would've benefitted from a splash of fresh lemon juice as well, just to cut it a bit. This was a nice change, and pretty tasty! Thanks for sharing. :)

Delicious! Made this on short notice when I didn't know what to make for dinner and it was really good. I didn't use fresh rosemary or parsley, and I didn't discard the garlic after sauteeing it with the rosemary as the recipe says, because we love garlic. I didn't have any pinenuts but I did have a small bagged salad topper that was a mix of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and pinenuts and I threw it in (without roasting them) and it was delicious all around. I would definitely make this again because of it's simplicity, quickness and healthiness

Wow! So delicious and tasty! I gave it 4 stars because I would change a few things. I used double the spinach & 6 ounces bok choy, and used italian seasoning instead of rosemary. I would also recommend using 1/4 cup oil instead of the 1/2, it was way too oily & I didn't even use the butter at the end. Really flavorful though!

The flavor in this dish is fantastic and deep. Other than using dried parsley rather than fresh, I followed the recipe exactly. More spinach than 3oz is definitely needed, so you might want to plan ahead for that if you make this. I went ahead and added about 9oz and it was great. Bonus points for this recipe being fast and easy!

A great dish if you want to spend time with your guests rather than in the kitchen. I chose this for a cosy dinner and everyone loved it. Measure and prepare all the ingredients ahead of time and cook in a couple of minutes. A great non-meat dish full of flavour.

DELICIOUS! I used more pasta than indicated, though (a whole box of penne), so I was generous on the other ingredients, too.
