Original Recipe Yield 3 dozen bars
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly.
  2. Press mixture on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. In small bowl, combine pecans, sweetened condensed milk, eggs and lemon juice; pour over crust. Bake 25 minutes or until filling is set.
  4. Cool. Cut into bars. Store leftovers covered at room temperature.
