Fondant for Chocolate Cherries

Use this simple, 4-ingredient fondant to wrap maraschino cherries (hint: dry the cherries on paper towels first) before dipping in chocolate. In about 5 days the fondant will liquify inside the chocolate coating, giving you a juicy cordial candy.

I haven't met anyone yet, particularly men, who don't love these. Fairly simple and no bake. However, they do not freeze well, the crisp rice cereal will become soggy. After dipping the logs in glaze, consider rolling them in chopped walnuts or grated coconut.

Makes a perfectly smooth coating for cakes. Roll it out to 1/4 inch thickness for best results. Glucose can be found at most cake decorating supply stores. You may color it with three drops of whatever food coloring you desire.
