Not only does this recipe make a YUMMY noodle dish, the sauce is great for making Thai pizza! I usually use about 1/2 the broth when making the sauce for pizza. Top with cheese, fresh tomatoes, fresh basil and whatever else you like on pizza.... delicious!

I was wondering through the Thai recipes and found this, while it was printing up I started putting the ingredients together. In five minutes I was done and back to computer. The sauce is fabulous and I will cook up the noodles for dinner.

This recipe is great!! Comparable to the one at my fav chinese restaraunt. Very quick and easy also. I too added chicken and everyone loved it especially my little ones. Thank You

Excellent! One of the easiest recipes I have ever made. I added chicken to mine--just sauteed chickn strips in a little olive oil and then added to peanut sauce. I must say that the sauce was a bit rich, but I believe that to be my fault, as I did not measure carefully at all. I'm a "throw in the pot" type of cook, and I was in a super rush when I made this. Still turned out great!

Terrific recipe! Use a bit less ginger maybe or it turns out very spicy. Udon noodles are hard to find dried, but use any thick noodle.

Very Yummy and Quick! I used spaghetti noodles and it was great! Takes all of ten minutes to whip up. Will add chicken next time. Thanks for a great recipe!
