Peanut Butter No-Bakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, stir together brown sugar, peanut butter and evaporated milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, until brown sugar is dissolved and peanut butter is melted.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in crisp rice cereal. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto waxed paper or foil. Cool until firm.
