This was delish! I added a dash of cumin cuz i love it, and it came out with a nice kick. but instead of skewers on the grill, since i dont have one, i browned the chicken and then let it simmer in the sauce till the chicken was cooked through. soooooo good! husband has asked to keep it as a staple

I love, love, love the sauce just as it's written. Everyone who has tasted this loves it also and always asks for the recipe. I've never used it as a marinade or served as suggested with the cabbage and onion tops. My family's favorite way to eat this is with grilled chicken (marinated in whatever is our favorite marinade at the moment), stir-fried broccoli and garlic with basmati rice.

So yummy! I do agree there's just a touch too much soy sauce in the original. I ended up adding a bit more peanut butter and water to tone the soy sauce down a bit, but overall this was a big hit!

This sauce is so good I could hardly believe it. When I first made it and tasted it on my finger I immediately called my husband to tell him how terrific the sauce I had just made was. HA! I love this so much I crave it on a regular basis.

My husband and I loved this recipe. My daughter (7) liked it, and my son (4) wouldn't try it (not unusual). I thought it was very flavorful and easy to make.

Not a bad dish.... but still not quite what we were looking for.... I might try again but would make some adjustments.

I took the other reviewer's advice and added my own soy to taste. The next time I make it I will increase the crushed red pepper, (maybe add 1/4 tsp ground red pepper along with crushed...) I also think chunky peanut butter would be good...

This has too much soy sauce for my taste. I recommend starting with 1 T., taste it and go from there. With less soy sauce and more ginger, it was very good.

This is soooo YUUUUMMMY! The only thing I will do different in the future is boil the cabbage while the chicken is grilling, most of the family likes cooked cabbage better than raw.
