I actually had the sugar-free caramel and creamy natural peanut butter called for in the recipe and saw this. I was surprised that caramel, peanut butter, and cinnamon blended together actually tasted. It also had a good consistency. I did not care for the sugar-free caramel, when I bought it, but it was improved by this recipe. I used the calculate button and made 1 serving to test it. That amount made about 1/4 cup.
