Peanut Butter & Jelly Pizza Sandwich

"This is a fun snack that kids can make for themselves. An English muffin is split and toasted before being spread with JIF® Peanut Butter, jam and jelly. Then it is decorated like a pizza using banana slices for the pepperoni, and shredded coconut to represent cheese."

  1. Split and toast English muffin.
  2. Spread JIF® on both sides of the English muffin. Spread SMUCKER'S® Strawberry Jam on JIF®peanut butter. Top with banana slices and drizzle with chocolate syrup, to taste. Sprinkle coconut flakes, if desired. Eat while still warm.

One of our favorite breakfasts. This is also good with Nutella and crunchy peanut butter with bananas. Great Sunday morning treat. EDITED: To clarify, I do NOT add the chocolate syrup. Peanut butter and jelly is plenty on this "pizza" for us.

Great snack! I used a whole grain English muffin and low sugar strawberry jam. I waited until the peanut butter was nice and "melty". I opted not to use the coconut or syrup as I thought it was overkill.

Not bad I didn't care for the chocolate. The picture doesn't look that appetizing!! I didn't have bananas, so I just served strawberries on the side. My youngest daughter liked this and ate one slice while I ate the other.

My kids loved this! Though my 3 yo twins did pick it apart and eat it :) Was definitely a fun meal. Thanks for sharing it!!!
