Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 pounds fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1/3 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons rum

Directions

  1. Puree the peaches and ginger together in a food processor or blender. Stir in heavy cream and rum. Chill. Serve cold.
