I made this as instructed, however, I felt the filling was a little too runny. Otherwise, it was good. The second time I made it, I doubled up on the flour. That did the trick. My husband and I were also fighting over whether we should have a peach pie or a peach 'crumble' the 2nd time around, so I negotiated the pie with the crumble on top. The crumble I made consisted of 1/2 c flour, 1/4 c packed brown sugar, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg and 1/4 c of butter (softened). It turned out great and was just what we needed the 2nd go round since I only had 1 crust. We both got what we wanted. I got my crumbles & my husband got his pie. :)
